Your guests will never guess the secret ingredient in these! It's vegan cream cheese! (my new favorite thing, which I get at Trader Joe's - Tofutti also has a great version). The rest of the ingredients are whole, healthy foods that will only make you feel great. All the raw cacao is packed with antioxidants and the coconut oil helps your liver detox the body. Basically, these are peanut butter cups you don't have to feel bad about. Plus, they're so easy to make - no baking required.

This is something I whipped together using ingredients I had just sitting around. That's the beauty of curries I think. There are some flavor rules, but when it comes to what you throw into them, it's really up to you. I'd like to think of this as the healthiest virgin margarita I've ever had. This is an adaptation from a recipe in the Moon Juice Cookbook and boy is it amazingly delicious and unique. I think the cilantro, lime, and chili give it a refreshing zing. And don't worry... The jalapeño isn't as spicy as you'd think (seeds and core are removed for your own comfort).

I like to think of my bathroom shelf as a pharmacy... or an apothecary. A place filled with tinctures and concoctions I layer and reach for when my skin is thirsting for something specific. I don't believe in necessarily doing the same thing every single day. Or using the same products forever. Your skin is evolving and changing. It's adapting to new stressors, the weather each day, what you ate last night. It's an expression of what's going on inside of you and beyond you. You can't expect to slather on all of the same things in July and December. Maybe I'm justifying my (very healthy) obsession with trying new things. Or maybe I'm very in tune with what my skin is asking for. I'd like to think it's the latter so let's go with that.
