Easiest, Yummiest Granola

Thursday, May 7, 2015

This granola is one of my favorite things to keep around the house for snacking & quick breakfasts. It's sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy, & has lots of whole grain protein & fiber and all those goodies. On top of it all, it's so easy to make!

Ingredients:
3 1/2 C. old fashioned oats
1 C. nuts of choice (I used walnuts)
1 C. raisins or dried cherries
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 C. melted coconut oil
1/4 C. agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Pour into baking sheet & bake for ten minutes
Remove from oven, stir, and bake for fifteen more minutes
Eat with almond or soy milk as a cereal, or plain as a snack xx
