Some little things I've been incorporating into my own life/dreaming about this week...

This is an enlightening test to find out your "dosha." In ayurvedic health, it's your body type. Each dosha has a list of foods that help you eat and live optimally.

Do you dry brush? I do! Gwyneth Paltrow's team explains why, how, and when in this little article. It's great for draining your lymphatic system and stimulating blood flow to your heart.

I love this alkaline food chart. You should be eating a diet comprised of 80% alkaline and 20% acidic foods in order to balance the PH of your bloodstream and stave off disease.

I love watching and listening to Lisa Eldridge. What a dreamy voice. Here, the stellar makeup artist shows us how she does her own facial massage. Yes, please.

Tried this lipgloss on set for Net-A-Porter and it really stood out. And we go through a lot of makeup! Plus there's an eerily stoic video of me getting it applied, wow!

I took the dosha test and got 46% Vata and 35% Kapa so I got Vata-Kapa which I feel really suits me! I love Deepak Chopras teachings, have you read his book ''Perfect health''? It might be something for you!! And thank you for reminding me to eat more alkaline! Have been feeling really gross lately, like my pH is completely off, probably have been eating too much sugar so my whole body feels like a swamp haha, I'm gonna turn that around now with help from that list! lots of love xx

  8. I've been having your hot cacao recipe every morning and once throughout the day! It's absolutely delicious. I actually enjoy the non-sugary-syrupy taste. Fortunately I ran into a lot of these great powders and superfoods at a home goods - tj maxx type store. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe! I'm hoping to lean off of coffee and am looking forward to see the if there's any energy/mood benefits :) love your posts!
